We took Al's great sound attenuation properties, and threw in a big rubber load for even further sound refraction!

Adding rubber to a spray-on bed liner kit lowers the strength of it, but it creates a fantastic sound barrier! That's why we do not offer any rubber or additives to the Al's Liner bed liner kits we sell. BUT, to an application where strength is not an issue, such as an interior liner meant to be under automotive carpet, we can throw a big rubber load in it to make it one of the best sound barriers on the market! Plus it creates a rust-proof barrier that will protect your car for the rest of the time you own it, and MORE!

Our Al's Liner sound deadener kits come with a gallon of Al's in one of our 11 color options, along with a half-gallon of rubber crumb to give you a gallon and a half of material to spray in your vehicle! This is enough for the passenger area of most cars and trucks! For larger SUVs or if doing trunk space with it, two gallons would be ideal.

One Gallon of Al's Liner is enough to cover roughly 45 sqft at 40 mils, or 22sq ft at 1/16" thick. You can spray it at 20-23 mils at roughly 90sqft, but you are sacrificing durability. To purchase more material either purchase one of our other kits that have more material, or purchase more material separately through our store.
